One of the smaller kitchens we have designed and built.
This very popular Deal pub was keen to be offering a larger menu and to be able to cope with larger customer numbers but its small kitchen was restrictive.
After some building alterations and reduction in the size of the cellar room we were able to design a kitchen that would allow the landlady to provide a much-improved foodservice offering to her customers.
A new extraction canopy was carefully designed and installed into this tight area with low headroom and 600mm deep cooking equipment added to allow reasonable working space in front of the cookline.
Due to the additional space provided, we were able to provide a storage area, a dishwasher and a hot pass making this a very functional kitchen that was small but perfectly formed!
