Situated in the picturesque village of Stowting, The Tiger Inn is a true country destination pub. The beautifully designed venue mixes contemporary and classic perfectly - with original features and quirky additions, this reformed pub will offer supreme comfort and class, enabling you to lose yourself within our stunning offering.
Having worked with the client and some of their other trades before this was a welcome pice of repeat business.
Our remit was to design and build a commercial kitchen for this lovely country pub serving gastro food.
The extraction system was particularly challenging due to a low ceiling height and awkward beams. A low level extraction canopy or eyebrow canopy was designed and built as the solution and a fire suppression system installed on completion.
Blue seal equipment and a Rational combi oven completed the cookline and True refrigeration for all chilled and frozen storage.
We supplied Maidaid glasswasher and a Scotsman ice machine for the bar,
The pub has received a full refurbishment and we hope to visit soon as customers - we wish them every success.
