The Korean Cowgirl Smokehouse Restaurant provides a unique blend of Texas and Asian culture and cuisine. Low and slow smoked BBQ, cooked for hours over only real wood, no short cuts, amazing wings and boneless bites are double fried for that crisp sensation. 

Working with our customer of many years for who we provide equipment and maintenance in their two Kent restaurants we were contracted to carry out the Commercial Kitchen Design & Build to refurbish the main theatre kitchen and two back of house prep and dishwasher areas.
Although the site had previously operated as a restaurant the main cooking area and the rear service areas were run down and in need work.
Our fit out team, who stayed in Camden throughout the works duration, carried out a full strip out of the existing walls and floor coverings in readiness for new slip resistant safety flooring and new Upvc hygienic wall coverings.

With the kitchen and prep areas renewed and now newly hygienic we supplied a full range of bespoke stainless steel benches and sinks along with Blue Seal and Rational cooking equipment, True and Foster refrigeration and Hatco hot holding appliances.
We also supplied glass & dishwashers, bar refrigeration and beverage machines.
Late in the refurbishment process we discovered that the existing cold room condensing unit was faulty and beyond economical repair so at very short notice we sourced a replacement and our refrigeration engineers carried out a replacement.

Working with the Korean Cowgirl team, most of which we know very well, made for a smooth an enjoyable refit which was completed on time and in budget and we wish them the same success that they have in the Kent sites.
