About the Client
Wild Bread Bakehouse has been delighting local customers with handcrafted vegan sourdough breads and bakery treats for over six years. Operating from a compact bakehouse in Faversham, they’ve built a loyal following through weekly appearances at local markets and by supplying other businesses in the area.
The Challenge: Scaling Up to a Café Bakehouse
Founder James approached our team with an exciting vision: to grow Wild Bread Bakehouse from a local producer into a destination café, serving ethically sourced, 100% vegan baked goods in a welcoming environment. He needed a full-service partner to help identify the right space and manage the project from concept through to completion.
