Established in 1978, Fairby Grange Residential Home has long been a cherished part of its local Kent community. Founded by Greg and Gaynor Reeve and still operated with heart by the family today, it’s now managed by Registered Manager Melanie Martin, ensuring the highest standards of professional and compassionate care.

Located in a peaceful village setting, Fairby Grange offers easy access to amenities such as the Post Office, library, and social clubs—with a bus stop right outside the door for effortless travel.

🔧 The Brief – Kitchen Modernisation with Minimal Disruption

While the existing kitchen was spotless and well-kept, it needed a modern upgrade to improve energy efficiency, meet current hygiene standards, and provide staff with a safer, more functional space to support residents’ daily meals.

We delivered a turnkey kitchen refurbishment, focused on efficiency, hygiene, and long-term value:

• 🧼 Installed UPVC hygienic wall cladding
  ➤ Wipe-clean, stain-resistant, fully compliant with care sector regulations

• 🚶‍♂️ Overlaid original tiles with Polyflor slip-resistant vinyl flooring
  ➤ Provides safety underfoot and a refreshed aesthetic
