The Ridge golf club is a well-established business recently purchased by new owners.
Our brief was to design and build a new kitchen at the opposite end of the building from their existing kitchen which would hen be decommissioned and the room re-purposed.

The new kitchen needed to be able to deal with both their daily a la carte menu and for evening functions to support the new ballroom and function room currently under construction.

Our initial issue was serviced. The gas supply to the old kitchen needed diverting some 50m through loft space which is above a busy call centre so making noise during their 9-5 operations was not an option. Many early mornings later the new barrel gas pipework was in place ready for the swap over.

Our customer provided us with a studwork and plasterboard room to which we added hygienic Bioclad Upvc clad walls, slip-resistant Altro flooring and a 5-meter extraction canopy with Ansul fire suppression system.
All plumbing work was carried out by us followed by the supply and installation of all kitchen appliances including a walk-in cold room, dedicated pizza area and full cookline of Blue Seal and Rational cooking appliances.

Our works were completed on time and on budget delivering a high-quality kitchen to our customers Jack and Sophie who we wish all the best with their upgrade, expansion plans and future business.
