The Downs View guest house, a spacious property in Kennington Ashford, was recently acquired by The Amber Foundation. This incredible charity supports homeless and unemployed young people aged 16 to 30, providing 24/7 care and guidance to help them regain independence and rebuild their lives.
Project Brief: Designing a Functional Residential Kitchen for Up to 26 Residents ๐ฉโ๐ณ๐จโ๐ณ
Our team was tasked with designing and building a commercial kitchen capable of catering for small-scale, home-style cooking suitable for up to 26 residents. The existing domestic kitchen was too small and inadequate for the purpose, leading to a plan to expand by knocking through into an adjacent extension breakfast area.

Uneven Floor Levels: We levelled the floors between the two rooms before applying a durable latex coating.
