Unita Quattro, located on Elwick Road, is a family-friendly eatery designed to offer a welcoming environment for all ages. Led by head chef and restaurateur Damiano Vecchio, the restaurant aims to provide a unique dining experience that combines excellent cuisine with interactive elements, particularly through their purpose-built Pasta Workshop kitchen.

Here, Damiano and his team host artisanal pasta-making classes, encouraging guests to learn the art of cooking from the masters themselves. The restaurant not only serves up delicious meals but also offers an interactive dining experience, perfect for those eager to improve their home cooking skills.

🏗️ Restaurant Design and Build – A Comprehensive Approach

This was the third project we undertook at Elwick Road and the largest floor space of the three. As main contractor, we managed every aspect of the restaurant fit-out, from the construction of internal walls to the installation of commercial kitchen appliances and all essential services. Our team even took care of setting up broadband, waste collection, and other operational needs.

Our involvement in this restaurant kitchen design project ensured that all elements were seamlessly integrated to provide the best environment for both staff and guests. We were proud to handle:

• Full kitchen design and installation for a commercial kitchen

• Provision of essential commercial catering equipment

• Setting up the Pasta Workshop kitchen to facilitate interactive pasta-making workshops

• Installation of ventilation, extraction systems, and hygienic wall cladding to ensure health and safety standards were met
