Our client for this job was already a customer at their very well established Italian restaurant Montalbano situated in Tenterden High street.

They already owned the building behind the restaurant and used it for office space, storage and a small preparation kitchen to support their main restaurant.
The brief was to create them a small Italian deli and Gelataria serving traditional Italian cake, appetizers and their own delicious homemade gelato.

Turning this fairly basic and uninspiring space into a stunning looking Gelateria involved a full strip out removing ceilings and some walls before re-creating the front of house space into the business it is now.

Kent commercial kitchens completed all of the works including improving the layout of the small back of house kitchen, all floor tiling, joinery, plumbing, electrical works and the supply and installation of all appliances, deli servery counters and the plush pastel coloured bench seating,
We also completed the outside seating area with a resin floor and retractable awning.

The end result is a wonderful looking dining space in Bottega Montalbano that is always busy and complements their Italian restaurant Montalbano.
