The Dog Inn, as it used to be called was a well-established pub and restaurant in Wingham village that was very much in need of new owners that would be prepared to invest in this business and the building.

Along came the Bridgen family, locals with huge experience in the building, interior design and hospitality industry to tum the place around.

We were contracted to refurbish the kitchen, provide a cold room and fit out the bar. 
The kitchen and other areas were fully Upvc clad and slip-resistant flooring laid to provide a hygienic food prep, cooking and dishwashing area.
At the start of the projects, the Bridgens had the ambition to provide high quality modern British menu to match the beautiful public areas and guest rooms being created.

Their kitchen team and head chef was very much involved in the selection of high quality and innovative cooking equipment including induction cooking hobs and other sophisticated pieces of equipment that we supplied and installed.

The Dog is now a firm local favourite and brings in guests from all over, to sample their multi-award-winning food and hospitality. Woof!
