Nourish contract catering is a large well-established catering business that provides a fresh, wholesome menu to primary and secondary schools. Sussex Road Primary School is a large, two-form entry school in South Tonbridge.

Working with our client Nourish the simple requirement was to remove an underused staff area and convert it into a new storage area for chilled, frozen and dry goods.
We were also tasked to provide a Rational combi oven, electric hob and new fryer which involved the installation of an extraction canopy and stainless wall cladding first as none existed(Whist the photos do not show it a safety splash guard was added between the fryer and hob).

Our works also included providing a new electrical supplies for the cooking appliances and all related plumbing.
The school is now able to provide a more varied and sophisticated menu through the use of the combi oven.
