The Rose & Crown Hartlip is a traditional country village pub & restaurant, with a separate lounge and public dog friendly bar, a restaurant serving home cooked food and spacious landscaped garden with plenty of outside seating.
A full strip out and refurbishment of this busy pub kitchen was carried out within a pretty tight schedule but the team worked hard and we handed the commercial kitchen back to Sharon and Adrian on the day originally scheduled.
A typical old pub kitchen with plaster walls and teracotta tiled floor has now received the Kent Commercial Kitchens full makeover with new Altro stronghold slip resistant vinyl, Bioclad anti bacterial Upvc wall cladding, a suspended ceiling grid with LED lighting and a new extraction canopy.
Along with some new catering appliances and stainless steel fabrications from manufacturers True Refrigeration, Maidaid and Lincat this kitchen is now bright spacious and easy to keep clean.
