With centuries of stories layered throughout this lovingly refurbished 17th Century house, Kristie and Brad invite you to re-charge and relax in this intriguing boutique restaurant & rooms. Dine in their restaurant, drink in the pub, sink into an armchair by the fire. Above all; enjoy the warmest welcome and finest produce this county has to offer.

As a business we first met Brad and Kirstie during Covid times at which point Brad and his team had already been working on the hotel project for 18 months or so.

After a period of inital design and consultation we were contracted to design and build this restaurant kitchen in its amazing building.
The electric only commercial cooking space needed something a little special so a bespoke one piece cooking suite was designed into which Valentine Fryers, Cooktek induction hobs and a flashgrill were incorporated along with integrated drware regfrigerators under the cooking area.

The remainder of the restaurant kitchen was designed with good task separation in mind with well defined preparation, cooking, serving, dishwashing and storage areas.

We provided a commercial extraction system, carried out Upvc wall cladding and slip resostant vinyl flooring installation thoughout and also supplied two bespoke stainless bars and the equipent in that area.

Boys Hall has become a well established  and highly rated restaurant and hotel and we wish the proprietiors contunued success.
