After a long and high-quality refurbishment where no expense has been spared on the renovation of this old landmark building one of the last things to be completed was the design, build and installation of a very capable commercial kitchen and separate preparation and dishwasher rooms.

We completed CAD layout design on the catering areas, installed a commercial kitchen extraction systemand supplied all of the commercial catering equipment.

Whilst not yet open at the time of writing it is certain to be a valuable addition to Folkestone entertainment and dining venues with its huge central hall and a fantastic view over the harbour from the modern dining room.
