We were commissioned to deliver a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen as part of the major expansion at Avenue Tennis — a luxury racquets and wellness centre in Gillingham, Kent. Managed by renowned local builders WW Martin, this facility boasts new indoor and outdoor tennis courts, high-end treatment rooms, spas, and elegant function spaces.

Our Scope of Work: Expert Design & Installation from Ventilation to Equipment ⚙️

Ventilation & Extraction Installation

• Designed and installed a 4.6-metre commercial extraction canopy tailored to kitchen layout

• Fitted high-capacity ductwork with advanced filtration systems

• Included silencers for noise reduction, ensuring a quieter environment

• Completed ventilation phase early to allow smooth continuation of construction works

Kitchen Equipment Installation & Fit-Out

• Installed Blue Seal prime cooking line – commercial-grade, reliable, and high-performance

• Supplied and fitted a 10-grid Rational combi oven for versatile cooking options

• Integrated a Maidaid passthrough dishwasher for efficient high-volume cleaning

• Provided Foster refrigeration and freezer cabinets, ensuring top-tier cold storage

All appliances and systems were configured to maximise workflow efficiency, ease of maintenance, and strict hygiene compliance.

Although the wider facility was still under construction during our final works, our kitchen installation was completed on time and on specification, ready for commissioning before the venue’s grand opening in Spring 2017.
