Providing a hygienic wall surface in any food preparation area is of vital importance as reducing the growth of bacteria and improving the ease of cleaning these surfaces should be an ongoing task. To make this process as easy as possible we recommend Bioclad wall cladding.

BioClad is the world’s first proven antimicrobial PVC hygienic wall cladding. Antimicrobial silver ion is impregnated into the hygienic cladding panels at the time of manufacture. Our Hygienic Wall Cladding Services

Our wall cladding expert would visit your premises and carry out a site survey which takes into consideration any remedial works needed to existing substrates, wall moisture content and other relevant installation practicalities.

We would assess the condition of your walls as it may be that some building works are required to batten an uneven wall before the cladding is applied.
It may be that you are having Altro slip resistant safety flooring done by us at the same time, in which case the wall meets the floor into a ‘cap and coved’ system which ensures there are no hard to clean corners and that the complete installation is as waterproof as possible.

Once works and dates are agreed our fully trained installers would then attend to complete the installation.
Wall cladding can be ‘thermo-formed’ around corners in areas such as window reveals and corners minimising the number of joints.
The installers carry out all thermo-forming onsite which provides a seamless installation along with any additional works such as electrical socket cut-outs.
