Pronounced Unita Quattro, the Elwick Road eatery aims to offer a family-friendly environment under the guidance of head chef and restaurateur Damiano Vecchio.
Unita 4 also hopes to inspire people in their home cooking, as the restaurant features ‘a purpose-built Pasta Workshop kitchen’, where Damiano and his team will host interactive artisanal pasta-making classes.
The third of our projects at Elwick Road is also the largest floor space.
As main contractor again we were responsible for all elements and works from constructing internal walls right though providing all services and appliances, even to organising broadband and waste collection services – we did it all!
