Hotel kitchen design and installation in Kent
From boutique hotels in listed buildings to full new-build kitchen and bar fit-outs — we design, specify and build hotel kitchens that run properly from day one. One in-house team across every trade, no subcontract chain.
Why Kent Commercial Kitchens
What hotel operators need from a kitchen contractor
One team across every trade
CAD designers, project managers, ductworkers, floor layers, wall cladders, gas engineers, electricians and catering engineers — all employed or long-standing partners. No subcontract chain to manage, no programme gaps, no blame culture when trades don't co-ordinate.
Heritage and constrained-site experience
Boys Hall in Ashford is a 17th-century Grade II listed building. Blue Pigeons required a full refurbishment on a live site around a simultaneous electrical infrastructure upgrade. We're experienced at delivering to programme inside buildings that resist it.
All-electric and low-emission kitchen design
More hotel operators are specifying all-electric kitchens for planning, ESG and operational reasons. Boys Hall's kitchen was designed all-electric from the outset — induction cooking, Rational combi ovens, no gas infrastructure. We design to the brief, not around what's easiest.
CEDA-accredited, triple-ISO certified
CEDA membership, ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certification, and CFSP-accredited directors. The only Kent commercial kitchen design-and-install firm certified to all three ISO standards. The credentials hotel procurement teams and property managers need to see.
