Designed for service flow, not just compliance A restaurant kitchen that passes EHO inspection but slows service down at 80 covers is a failure. We design around workflow first — prep zones, cooking line, pass, dishwash — then engineer ventilation, M&E and finishes around the layout, not the other way round.

One team, no subcontract chain CAD designers, ductworkers, floor layers, cladders, gas engineers and catering engineers — all in-house or long-standing partners. When the extraction needs adjusting on install day or the cooking line moves a foot, we sort it. No waiting on a subcontractor who's already on another job.
Programme-focused delivery Restaurant operators have opening dates, lease starts and PR deadlines. We plan programmes at quote stage and manage against them. Unita Quattro was a £500k+ project delivered to programme. The Blue Pigeons was a full kitchen and bar refurbishment in five weeks on a live refurbishment site.

Ventilation and extraction DW172-compliant canopy and duct design, grease filtration, MUA, gas interlock and fire suppression.
Hygienic finishes UPVC hygienic wall cladding, slip-resistant vinyl flooring and suspended ceilings — EHO-ready on handover.
M&E co-ordination Gas, electrical, plumbing and drainage co-ordinated in-house. No waiting on third-party trades to sequence.

Site survey We visit your site, measure, photograph and talk through the brief — menu concept, covers, service style. No commitment to proceed. Free for straightforward projects.
Design and specification CAD layout, equipment schedule and full specification before we quote. You know exactly what you're buying and why each piece of kit was chosen.
Installation Our in-house team delivers every trade to programme — fabrication, ventilation, finishes, M&E, equipment installation. One project manager, one point of contact.
Handover and aftercare Full commissioning, equipment training and certification at handover. Ongoing service and maintenance available through our sister brand, Catering Equipment Repair.
