Hygienic finishes

First, the old equipment was stripped out and the space was relined with hygienic UPVC wall cladding and Altro Stronghold 30 slip-resistant flooring throughout, consequently bringing the kitchen up to current food-hygiene standards with surfaces built for a high-traffic gallery café.

Refrigeration and cold storage

Additionally, a new walk-in cold room was installed for temperature-controlled storage, served by a remote condenser unit mounted on the roof — specifically to improve refrigeration efficiency and keep plant noise out of the kitchen.

Fabrication and equipment

Furthermore, we built and fitted bespoke stainless steel fabrication and a Corian ice cream servery counter, alongside the supply and installation of energy-efficient cooking, refrigeration and warewashing equipment sized for high-volume service.
