Designed in-house to your layout
Every fabrication item is drawn to match your kitchen exactly. Bench heights, sink positions, shelf spacing, apertures for equipment - all specified from our CAD drawings before fabrication starts. No off-the-shelf compromise on a bespoke kitchen project.
Fabricated by specialist UK partners to our spec
We work with established UK fabrication partners who build to our drawings and specification. Quality is controlled by us at every stage - the items that arrive on site match what was drawn, not what a standard product range allows.
Installed by our own team - sequenced correctly
The fabrication is installed by the same KCK team handling the rest of the fit-out. Benches are in position before extraction goes in above them, sinks are connected by our plumbers, not left for a separate contractor to pick up.
One accountability chain from design to installation
The director who designed your kitchen is responsible for the fabrication specification, the fabrication quality and the installation. If something is not right, there is one person to call and one person who resolves it.

What we fabricate
Cooking suites and equipment stands
Bespoke fabricated cooking suite frames, oven stands, fryer housings and range supports designed to the equipment specification and kitchen layout.
Prep benches and tables
Single and double-tier preparation benches with or without undershelves, drawers and equipment apertures. Sized to the room and specified to HACCP workflow requirements.
Sink units
Single, double and triple bowl sink units with integral drainers. Sized to the kitchen layout and connected by our plumbing team as part of the fit-out programme.
Servery and pass counters
Hot and cold servery counters, pass-through hatches and heated gantries designed to the service flow and equipment specification.
Bar workstations
Back-bar units, glass wash stations and bar tops fabricated to match the bar design and equipment layout. Coordinated with the wider fit-out programme.
Wall shelving and racking
Fixed wall shelving, pot racks and equipment gantries fabricated and installed to suit the storage requirement and kitchen layout.

How it works
From CAD drawing to installed and signed off
Survey and design
Kitchen dimensions confirmed on site. Each fabrication item drawn in CAD - sizes, apertures, connections and finishes all specified before anything is ordered or fabricated.
Fabrication
Items fabricated by our specialist UK partner to our drawings and specification. Quality checked before delivery. Lead times confirmed and built into the installation programme.
Installation
Fabrication installed by our own team, sequenced within the wider kitchen programme. Benches positioned before extraction above, sinks connected by our plumbers on the same visit.
Sign-off
Each item checked against the CAD drawings and signed off before equipment is installed on or around it. Any remedials resolved before the next trade phase begins.
