Commercial kitchen installation · Kent and the South East Commercial kitchen installation in Kent - every trade, one team In-house installation across every trade: gas, electrical, extraction, fabrication, cladding, flooring and equipment commissioning. No subcontract chain, no programme gaps, one point of accountability from first fix to handover.
Why Kent Commercial Kitchens What operators need from a kitchen installer
All trades in-house - no subcontract chain The gap in any multi-trade kitchen project is accountability. KCK delivers gas, extraction, electrical, fabrication, cladding, flooring and equipment commissioning using its own in-house team and long-standing trade partners, all coordinated by one director. When a problem needs resolving on site, there is no contractor chain to navigate.
Director-led - on site at every stage Both KCK directors are CFSP-accredited and personally involved on every project. The director managing your installation is present at key stages, coordinating trades, signing off phases and making decisions on site. Not a contracts manager working from a file - the person accountable for the outcome is the one managing it.
Programme discipline - trades in the right order Commercial kitchen installations happen inside live businesses or on tight construction programmes. We work to a fixed programme agreed at tender. Trades are sequenced correctly: cladding before equipment, flooring after fabrication, extraction signed off before gas commissioning. The order matters. We get it right.
Triple-ISO accreditation - the only Kent firm with all three ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environmental) and ISO 45001 (health & safety) - held by KCK and required by many hotel group, academy trust and public sector procurement frameworks. The only Kent commercial kitchen design-and-install firm certified to all three.
