Why Kent Commercial Kitchens
What operators need from a kitchen designer
CFSP-accredited design - by both directors
CFSP - Certified Food Service Professional - is the industry's principal design accreditation. Both KCK directors hold it personally. It means the person designing your kitchen understands HACCP workflow, EHO compliance, DW172 ventilation requirements and the operational realities of a commercial kitchen under service pressure. Not a junior CAD operator working from a brief.
Design completed before quotation - no surprises
We do not quote from a sketch. Drawings are completed to a level where every item is specified and every trade requirement is costed before a figure is issued. That means your quote is accurate - not subject to revision once work starts because something wasn't accounted for at design stage.
One designer, survey to handover
One of our two directors leads your project from the first site visit to the day you open. No account managers, no hand-offs mid-project. The person who designed your kitchen is the person who signs off the installation. That accountability matters when problems need resolving quickly.
Triple-ISO accreditation - the only Kent firm with all three
ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environmental) and ISO 45001 (health & safety) - held by KCK and required by many hotel group, academy trust and public sector procurement frameworks. The only Kent commercial kitchen design-and-install firm certified to all three.
