What clubs and sports venues need from a kitchen contractor

Delivered around your programme Club kitchens often have to be built during a closed season, a holiday window or alongside a wider clubhouse build. We plan programmes at quote stage and manage against them — Avenue Tennis was delivered in 5 weeks alongside an active main contractor programme, ready for the venue opening.

New-build and refurbishment We've fitted kitchens into brand new clubhouses and refurbished existing facilities that have outgrown their original equipment. Same in-house team, same design process — CAD layout, full specification, then delivery end-to-end with no subcontract chain.

Specified for the use, not over-engineered A golf club serving post-round lunches has different throughput to a sports centre running events. We size equipment to the actual catering load — right specification, right budget, no unnecessary complexity. Triple ISO certification means the quality is there regardless of project scale.

Ongoing service through CER Most clubs don't have in-house facilities management. Our sister brand Catering Equipment Repair provides planned maintenance and reactive callout — so the kitchen that we build stays operational. Most of our club clients take a service agreement at handover.

CAD kitchen design Detailed CAD layouts designed around the catering use — match days, events, daily service or all three.

Equipment specification and supply Rational, Lincat, Falcon, Williams and all major brands — specified to the catering load, not oversized for margin.

Bespoke stainless fabrication Prep benches, sink runs and servery units fabricated in-house at our Folkestone workshop to fit the space exactly.

Ventilation and extraction DW172-compliant canopy and duct design, gas interlock and fire suppression where required.

Hygienic finishes UPVC hygienic wall cladding, slip-resistant safety flooring and suspended ceilings — EHO-ready on handover.

M&E co-ordination Gas, electrical, plumbing and drainage co-ordinated in-house. One team, one programme, one point of contact.

Site survey We visit your venue, measure, photograph and talk through the brief — catering use, covers, service style. No commitment to proceed. Free for straightforward projects.

Design and specification CAD layout, equipment schedule and full specification before we quote. You know exactly what you're buying and why each piece of kit was chosen.

Installation Our in-house team delivers every trade to programme — fabrication, ventilation, finishes, M&E, equipment installation. One project manager, one point of contact.

Handover and aftercare Full commissioning, equipment training and certification at handover. Ongoing service and maintenance available through our sister brand, Catering Equipment Repair.
