Gastropub kitchen design and installation in Kent

From a low-headroom country pub in Stowting to a Grade II listed village pub in Elham — we design and build gastropub kitchens that work around the building's constraints, not against them.
Why Kent Commercial Kitchens

What gastropub operators need from a kitchen contractor

Low-headroom and listed-building experience Old pubs are awkward. Low ceilings, structural beams, restricted extraction routes — the standard solution rarely fits. At The Tiger Inn in Stowting we engineered a bespoke low-level eyebrow canopy to clear smoke and steam around the beams. At the Kings Arms in Elham we delivered a full kitchen rebuild inside a Grade II listed pub. We design around the building.
Fast turnaround, minimal downtime Gastropub operators can't afford months off the floor. Tiger Inn was delivered in four weeks. Kings Arms in six. Royal Naval Reserve Whitstable — a Shepherd Neame listed-building refit — in three. We programme tightly, work across all trades in-house, and don't rely on subcontractors who are also on three other jobs.
Repeat work from the same operators The Tiger Inn was repeat work — we had built for them before and they came back. Shepherd Neame have used us across multiple pubs. Repeat clients are the strongest signal of delivery quality. We build relationships, not just kitchens.
One team, no subcontract risk CAD designers, ductworkers, cladders, gas engineers and catering engineers — all in-house or long-standing partners. When a beam is in the wrong place on install day, we solve it. There's no subcontractor to call, no programme gap, no blame loop.
