Kent Commercial Kitchens designed and installed a bespoke, all-electric restaurant kitchen at this beautifully restored boutique hotel in Ashford. Originally a Grade II listed country house, the property was transformed into a luxury hotel and fine dining destination in Ashford.
The project required careful planning to work within the constraints of the listed building. Furthermore, the decision to specify a fully electric kitchen reduced the need for gas infrastructure modifications, minimising disruption to the historic fabric of the building. Consequently, the installation was completed efficiently and on schedule.

The kitchen was designed to support a fine dining restaurant operation, with equipment selected for both performance and energy efficiency.
