London House School of English was founded in 1965 so have been providing English Language teaching in South East England for over fifty years. The English School is based in Kent in the beautiful seaside town of Westgate-on-Sea, close to Margate, Broadstairs and Ramsgate and only 100km from the centre of London.

Kent commercial kitchens were contracted to design a commercial kitchen, food preparation room, dishwasher room and a servery area for queing students to be served efficiently.
The building, previsouly a nunnery, did have a kitchen but is was old and non compliant, certainly not suitable for a modern school.

After a strip out we renewed the vinly floor with a slip resistant vinyl and clad all wall surfaces with white UPVC in the 5 adjoining rooms that formed the kitchen.
The existing extract system was partially re-useable buit needed a new canopy and fans.

Once the structure of the rooms was complete we installed modern energy efficient catering equipment from brands such as Rational, Blue Seal and Maidaid.

On completion we supported the client with an open day where we supplied the food and a chef who fed the guests with canapes and lunch.
