Working with our regular and much valued clients Redec, who were main contractor responsible for the construction of an extension to form new offices and a new kitchen, we were contracted to design and build the commercial kitchen.

As a new build a full set of layout and services drawings were produced in advance and regular site meetings with the client and key trades took place.
Our team installed a new island extraction canopy with ductwork onto a flat roof where extract and fresh air plant was located.
We next installed Bioclad Upvc hygienic wall cladding to pre prepared walls to allows the main contractors M&E works second fix to take place.

Servery counters were installed with robust tray slides onto which a fire rated roller shutters would close.
Our installation team then delivered and installed all of the catering appliances over a 3 day period where testing and commissioning took place.

This was followed up by a comprehensive staff training session for both kitchen teams.
