Local exhaust ventilation systems in Kent
LEV systems designed, installed and commissioned to COSHH requirements. Workshops, manufacturing, spray finishing, woodworking and food production environments. In-house from initial assessment to certification.
Why Kent Commercial Kitchens
What businesses need from an LEV contractor
COSHH-compliant design - assessment to certificate
We carry out the initial workplace assessment, design the LEV system to control the contaminant at source, install it and commission it with a thorough examination and test to COSHH regulations. One contractor for the full scope - no separate assessor, designer and installer to coordinate.
In-house ductwork - no separate fabricator
The ductwork for your LEV system is fabricated and installed by our own team. No separate ductwork contractor to manage, no delay between design approval and fabrication start. The people who designed the system are the ones building it.
Kitchen extraction and LEV under one roof
If your project involves both a commercial kitchen extraction system and a wider LEV requirement - a food production facility, for example - we handle both. One contractor, one programme, no coordination gap between the two systems.
Re-testing and ongoing certification
COSHH regulations require LEV systems to be thoroughly examined and tested at least every 14 months. We provide re-testing and certification, schedulable alongside any planned maintenance agreement through our sister company Catering Equipment Repair.
